I tried installing NMC's Texture Pack to try to fix any missing textures and verified the integrity of the game files through Steam.
This is the first time I've ever got a missing texture bug this severe. I've already tried running LOOT and none of my newer mod pages are reporting this problem. It fixes itself after I save and restart the game, but it is annoying to completely restart the game every half hour or so. I've been getting this bug ever since I started this new save last week.
